Here is a protein shake recipe with some nostalgia and leanness. The original was loaded with sugar, this one is loaded with fiber (because we used the best protein shake ever!!). We didn’t reinvent the wheel, but we made it leaner!
Calories: 232 Protein: 30 g Total Carbs: 23 g (14 g net) Fiber: 9 g Fat: 6 g
Lean base of protein: 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream Lean ‘n Complete Meal Replacement
Liquid base: 1/2 cup of Calorie-Countdown milk (also source of lean protein) and 1/2 cup ice
Lean Carb Sources: 1 peeled orange
“Lean” Fat Sources: None
Directions
- Throw all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth consistency.
