Okay so it seems as though we are obsessed with pumpkin, but to tell the truth… yeah we are! It is extremely versatile and is one of the most under-rated super foods out there. I wanted to share this recipe since it is the simplest and easiest pumpkin recipe to make (even easier than the pumpkin shake!), and is still yummy. No stove or blender is involved.

So I thought this sounded good and decided to try it. Bought the pumpkin but though- uh oh all I have right now is the chocolate and the chocolate peanut butter lean n’ complete. I mixed it with the chocolate and the first bite was interesting- I added walnuts and ended up eating the whole bowl and loving it. Great idea- Thanks!
