The Lean Recipes section of our site was created after deciding to scrap an actual hardcover cook book. Each of these recipes have been created using our Lean Habits. This means that if you are just beginning our program, you won’t need to worry about the calorie content and can just stick to the habits. If you are further in our program or just counting calories, we have listed the calories and macronutrients in each recipe. Our recipes are all low-calorie and have a low glycemic index/load. The lean recipes were created to Taste Great and be MORE Filling!! They also serve as a learning tool because they illustrate what constitutes Leaner Living food. We personally make each meal and then photograph it. No doctoring of any sort is done! They will definitely help you you attain your goals, whether it is fat loss / weight loss, or preventing / treating diabetes – or even muscle gain.
Hopefully after using these recipes you will be able to create your own while utilizing our Lean Habits!

Just received my 5 bottles of Berberine, in two days after ordering, and I am awded by you website, and all of the recipes. I need to drop 20 pounds to be back to my GI days. I’m 82, and I am attempting to keep my blood sugar down below 120, but have difficulty in the winter when I am not out doing serious work. I don’t take any perscriptions, and don’t plan to. I am a natural supplement disciple. I read Dr’s Whitaker, Sinatra, Shallenberger, Rowan, and I subscribe to Life Extension, and am fond of Wm Faloon editorials.
