While you COULD use Glycosolve to lessen a “bad” meal’s effects on your body, it is best used in conjunction with our Leaner Living diet. With that being said, it DOES help in a situation where you are about to eat a non Leaner Living meal (pizza, junk food, etc…). This is also why it helps athletes who are eating a lot of carbohydrates and do not want to gain the fat that is usually associated with high carb diets.
