If you like Leaña Coladas… and getting caught acting vain…
While this protein shake recipe doesn’t contain rum, it will still float your boat on a nice summer day (or any day you want to pretend it is summer… which is everyday for me). This smoothie is just as good as the original, but without the empty calories. What’s even better is that you can replace a whole meal with it if you choose!
Calories: 218 Protein: 25 g Total Carbs: 15 g (8 g net) Fiber: 7 g Fat: 10 g
Lean base of protein: 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream Leaner Living MRP Meal Replacement
Liquid base: 1/2 cup of non-sweetened coconut milk and 1/2 cup ice
Lean Carb Sources: 1/2 cup cut fresh pineapple (or no sugar added canned)
“Lean” Fat Sources: See liquid base
Directions
- Throw all ingredients into blender and blend till smooth consistency.
- Serve with small pineapple chunk on glass (optional).
- Listen to beach music.
