We don’t really know Santa’s medical problems but due to his known visceral obesity (large waist circumference) we wanted to share some cookies that might be less fattening but still yummy. We also won’t take all of the fun out of the holidays as we will share another recipe that is more sinful yet metabolically better than other cookie recipes out there.
Calories (per cookie): 120 Protein: 8 g Total Carbs: 14 g (10 g net) Fiber: 4 g Fat: 12 g
What is needed (Makes 20 bowls):
- 1 can (1 3/4 cup) chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Splenda/Brown Sugar Mix (or equivalent Xylitol, Stevia, etc)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 4 scoops Vanilla Leaner Living MRP
- 6 TBSP egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (or use 60% dark chocolate chips)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix ingredients in food processor (except for chocolate chips)
- Throw in chocolate chips
- Place on non stick cookie sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes
- Leave by the fire place with a warm cup of Leaner Living MRP 🙂
